What’s for dinner?

For no particular reason, here is what I had for dinner….

rustic homemade thick crusty sourdough bread, 4-pepper chevre cheese, heavenly thick slices of turkey, crackling golden skin still on and all peppery, raw jack cheese, velvetty-smooth and creamy, plump green olives swimming in spicy marinade, a lovely bowl of raw milk kefir-yogurt mix with home canned peaches from the tree outside, mildly spicy kimchee made from nappa cabbage, ginger, carrots, green onions and peppers (ooh, the bubbles!) and applejack from local apples.
